What this phase accomplishes

A modern hospital is a stack of integrated technologies — imaging, surgical, lab and digital systems that all have to talk to each other. Phase 05 produces the equipment master plan: what to buy, why, in what order, and how it integrates with the IT backbone and clinical workflow.

IT systems are bought last, after the building is done, and never integrate cleanly
