How we hire
A short, predictable process. We aim to give a clear yes or no within 2 weeks of first contact, and we always send written feedback for finalists.

Role-specific deep dive: troubleshooting case for engineers, mock demo for applications, scope-write for tender roles.

Meet two future colleagues and our service or commercial lead. Honest, two-way conversation.
- 05Offer
Written offer within 3 business days of the final round. We commit to a clear start date.
