Where we provide a self-service area (orders, service tickets, document downloads), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account. Notify us at sales@teslamed.uz if you suspect unauthorized access.

Commercial terms
Sale of equipment is governed by the per-order contract signed between TESLA MEDICAL SYSTEM and the buyer, including agreed Incoterms, warranty terms, service tier and payment schedule. In case of any conflict, the signed order document prevails over these site terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to use of this website is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid by the user, if any, to access the site. Statutory rights of consumers are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. For our customers worldwide, the applicable jurisdiction for any dispute is set in the relevant signed order contract.
