Commercial data linked to active engagements — purchase orders, equipment serial numbers, service tickets, training records and similar transactional information.

How we use it
To respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and manage commercial relationships.
To deliver equipment, training and service under the contracts we hold with our customers.

Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless the conversation moves into an active commercial relationship. Transactional records (orders, service tickets, regulatory filings) are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and medical-device traceability law — typically 10 years for medical-device records.
