Warranty

Warranty terms

Every product we supply carries a manufacturer warranty, with optional extended service packages available at the time of order or post-installation.

Standard coverage

Capital equipment carries a 24-month warranty from the documented date of installation, or 27 months from shipment — whichever is earlier. Coverage includes parts, labor and on-site service within the mainland coverage area of the destination country.

Reusable instruments, ultrasound probes and small bench-top devices carry a 12-month warranty from delivery. Consumables and single-use items are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for the duration of their printed shelf life.

Extended service plans

Three tiers are offered for terms up to 7 years post-installation:

Bronze — scheduled preventive maintenance only (typically 1–2 PMs per year, plus phone applications support).

Silver — PM, parts and software updates included; labor billed at preferred rates.

Gold — PM, parts, labor, software updates and a guaranteed loaner / uptime SLA for critical-care equipment.

What is not covered

Consumable wear parts (probe cables, biopsy guides, sealing rings, batteries past their cycle rating), accidental damage, damage from non-conforming power or environment, third-party modifications and unauthorized service interventions. The per-product warranty card supplied at delivery lists the full exclusion set.

How to claim

Open a ticket at service@teslamed.uz with the equipment serial number, site name and a description of the issue. Attach photos or short video clips where possible.

A duty engineer triages the case within 2 business hours during office hours, or within 6 hours on a 24/7 plan. Most issues are resolved remotely; on-site visits are scheduled within the SLA of your service tier.

Transfer and resale

The standard warranty is non-transferable. If equipment changes hands within the original term, the new operator can re-register the unit and continue coverage subject to a remote inspection and a small administrative fee.
