Overview
The Crius V8 is an advanced automated adaptive assisted wide-range ventilation system — turbine-driven, electronic microprocessor controlled by volume and pressure for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. 12" touchscreen with adjustable position. Multilingual UI: Chinese, English, Turkish, Hungarian, French, Italian, German, Spanish. Invasive modes: VC-ACV, PC-ACV, PVC-ACV (Pressure Volume Controlled Assist Control), VC/PC/PVC-SIMV, CPAP/PSV, Apnea Ventilation, PC-Dual PAP, PC-APRV, CPAP-VG, AMV (Adaptive Minute Ventilation). Non-invasive modes: PC-ACV, PVC-ACV, PC-SIMV, PVC-SIMV, PC-Dual PAP, PC-APRV, CPAP/PSV, CPAP-VG, Apnea Ventilation, NHFC (nasal high-flow humidification O2), nCPAP. Tidal volume: 100–2000 mL adult, 20–400 pediatric, 5–200 neonatal, 2–200 with optional neonatal sensor. PEEP 0–50, FiO2 21–100 %, Rate 1–100 bpm, I:E 4:1 to 1:10. Integrated self-check (POST: leak check + system tightness). Auto leakage compensation. Auto trigger adjustment on flow and pressure. Volumetric capnography (EtCO2) + SpO2 standard. AMV minimizes work of breathing under target minute ventilation. High + low pressure oxygen inlets (low-pressure for transport / hyperbaric cylinder). 2× 5200 mAh batteries, 6 h autonomy. 323 × 392 × 255 mm.
