Overview
The Atlas N7 is the top of Northern Meditec's Atlas anesthesia workstation line — moving from semi-electronic to fully electronic gas mixing with auto FiO2 maintenance. The 15.6" TFT touch screen (17" / 19" optional) drives an integrated patient-monitor design with a special simple-operation layout; a secondary touch screen handles workbench controls. The electronic gas mixer measures fresh gas flow with a pressure sensor and includes functional test (system leaks + compliance calculation) with automatic gas-deficit changeover: if O2 is deficient → Air; if N2O is deficient → O2; with oxygen maintained to keep FiO2 if the fresh gas has been changed. Up to 4 waveforms display simultaneously on the same screen; 3 spirometry loops. Tidal volume 10–1500 mL across neonatal / pediatric / adult. Dual Selectatec vaporizer bar accepts Drager / Penlon / Northern. Flush O2 is both electronic and mechanical for backup. Four 125 mm wheels with 4 separate brakes (vs 2 brakes on N3/N5). Color-coded parameter units for at-a-glance distinction. H 149 cm × W 90 cm × D 65.6 cm.
