Overview
The uMammo 590i is United Imaging's HD low-dose full-field digital mammography (FFDM) platform — built around a large-screen flat-panel detector with high DQE for clear visualization of detailed tissue structure. uDose technology automatically sets exposure parameters per breast density and thickness to optimize dose without compromising image quality. The dedicated low-dose mammography X-ray tube uses optimized target-filter combinations. Workflow features: single-touch fast positioning (one-touch design to symmetric / next projection angle), intelligent compression that auto-adjusts pressure to gland density and thickness, dynamic patient-information LCD at the stand bottom, intelligent positioning prompt system on the acquisition workstation, and the uExceed software platform with multi-dimensional patient information management and automated personalized parameter setting. Optional breast imaging diagnostic workstation: customized hanging protocols, multi-modality image review, digital follow-up system with task reminders, professional report software, web-based multi-station read.
